12 months Contract- Name Screening Officer

Responsibilities

·       Foster a positive compliance culture within the Bank through advice, communication and training.

·       Assist the Front Office in account opening process through the conduct of due diligence searches and refresh due diligence searches.

·       Execute ongoing name screening controls by performing names searches on compliance databases such as Worldcheck, Factiva, Google, etc.

·       Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team.

·       Undertake any duties as assigned.

Requirements

•        Preferably university degree

•        Preferably 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or client on-boarding function, including exposure in the private wealth environment.

•        Should possess good analytical skills and able to independently perform in-depth analysis on name screening matters, including assessment and dismissal on name screening results.

•        Good knowledge of common IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

•        Good working knowledge of English and Chinese

Salary:  $4000 – $6000

Location: Raffles place

Working hours: office hours mon-fri
