Responsibilities
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, sales fundamentals, execution, and inventory.
- Ensure data maintenance and accuracy in the Distributor Management System (DMS) and other Haleon reporting/analytics systems.
- Coordinate with the Commercial and Sales teams to maintain standard operating procedures and commercial hygiene.
- Analyze sales figures to identify operational improvements and help achieve sales KPIs.
- Support the sales team with customer investment structure (Trade Spend, Investment Focus, and Level of Investment) to align with commercial financial objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Sales Team, addressing general business issues and escalating to the channel head or Operations Lead as needed.
- Monitor and track monthly inventory from distributors, highlight high inventory, and propose trade activities to reduce excess.
- Tabulate monthly and quarterly sales incentives, ensuring timely payouts with proper sign-offs.
- Act as the commercial representative for new project launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 2 to 3 years in a sales operation
- Experience in FMCG trade structure
