Customer Service Representative (Contract)

Job Description:

  • Oversee the order-to-cash process.
  • Process orders using SAP.
  • Support sales in designated countries.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Address customer complaints.
  • Handle sample requests.
  • Manage customer profiles and trade restrictions.
  • Collaborate with HQ, Sales, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit, and Legal on credit and logistics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in an MNC environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and export documentation (Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills).
  • Experience with ASIA import shipments preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
  • Team player, independent, and proactive.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Basic knowledge of financing, credit management, and global trade services is a plus.
