Job Description:

  • Oversee the order-to-cash process.
  • Coordinate with teams in Asia, NAFTA, and EMEA.
  • Process orders using SAP S4/Hana.
  • Support sales in designated countries.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents.
  • Address customer complaints and sample requests.
  • Manage customer profiles and trade restrictions.
  • Collaborate with various departments on credit, logistics, and shipments.
  • Analyze data using Power BI and Excel for process improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in an MNC.
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export documentation.
  • Preferably experienced with ASIA import/export shipments.
  • Proficient in SAP S4/Hana and MS Office.
  • Team player, independent, and proactive.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of financing, credit management, and global trade services.
  • Project work experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
