Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support: Assist the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports promptly: Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Manage and process invoice payments: Handle invoices efficiently to maintain financial flow.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings: Schedule meetings, send invitations, reserve rooms, and arrange equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for management: Manage travel logistics and appointments for the management team.
  • Plan and organize events: Organize internal and external events for various purposes.
  • Facilitate communication between departments: Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow across departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks to support the team

Requirements

  • Diploma in business management
  • 3 years of working experience in administrative and clerical support
  • Knowledge in Power BI/ Data Vizualization Tools
