Job Description:
- Oversee important documents and databases, handle storage and disposal according to regulations.
- Manage company car, bookings, expenses, and contract renewals.
- Maintain corporate rates with airlines, travel agencies, and hotels; liaise with vendors.
- Keep track of assets and perform annual checks.
- Procure and maintain office equipment, stationery, access cards, and name cards.
- Manage corporate mobile phones and lines, and update the phone directory.
- Support office leasing, maintain the office premises, and manage employee storage.
- Assist with Business Continuity Plans, Emergency Response, and emergency kit management.
- Prepare and arrange fire drills and support safety exercises.
- Handle SMCCI applications, certifications, and signatory updates.
- Manage courier-related tasks.
- Assist with on boarding and offboarding new staff.
- Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or GCE “O” Level
- 2-3 years working experience
- Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, friendly, able to multi-task, and work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience in corporate affairs is a plus.
