Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, handle key distribution, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Communication: Draft professional emails, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, ensure necessary preparations are made, and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate logistical aspects of company events, including catering, venue arrangements, and attendee management..

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative 
  • Experience in handling logistics, catering, and meeting arrangements.
