Customer Service Representative (6-months Contract | MNC | Order processing)

Responsibilities

  • Address day-to-day customer needs and business inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all orders and issues.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling claims, resolving problems, and assisting with technical and commercial queries.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from stock control and pricing to delivery follow-up and invoicing.
  • Coordinate customer transportation from various locations (Korea, Antwerp, or Houston).
  • Oversee payment and credit control.
  • Manage office operations.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in order processing functions
  • Degree in relevant field
