Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns that align with business goals and strengthen the hospital’s online presence.
• Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns to showcase the hospital’s achievements, initiatives, and professionals.
• Employee Engagement: Create and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Communications Consulting: Provide expert guidance on branding, editorial oversight, and internal communications to various departments.
• Crisis Management: Develop and manage crisis communication plans and participate in emergency preparedness drills.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field 
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, campaign development, and crisis communications.
• Proven ability to provide editorial and branding advice, and oversee content creation.
