Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on increasing engagement and brand visibility.
- Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality content, schedule posts, and foster a community of brand ambassadors.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate campaign effectiveness, recommend improvements, and align strategies with business goals.
- Community Management: Monitor social media conversations and respond to queries promptly.
- Internal Communications: Provide communications guidance to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency and oversee editorial guidelines for collaterals.
- Crisis Communications: Participate in crisis preparedness and respond effectively to emergencies.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of working experience in Social media management
- Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage
- Good writing and communication skills
