Reporting to the Head of Product Management and Asia Pacific Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for:
Job Scope
• Ensure all product launches adheres to company standards and guideline
• Monitor and ensure products follow established processes from development to launch
• Take full ownership of the assigned product range, including launching products tailored
for the local market.
• Identify and assess opportunities for new product development.
• Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the
sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to develop new products and improve
existing ones.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in launching new products, preferably within the automotive brake
industry.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive brakes sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex
technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
