Job Description:
- Manage and organize calendar schedules for meetings, clinical work, and events.
- Arrange overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, and claims.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management.
- Assist with meetings and presentations, including preparation, venue setup, catering, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare presentation slides, reports, and documents.
- Organize engagement events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and procurement.
- Review and process documents, proposals, and contracts for Senior Leader’s approval.
- Maintain office records and update the filing system for documentation and clinical data.
- Handle general correspondence and perform various administrative tasks (typing, faxing, filing, etc.).
- Prepare and submit expense claims and records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, especially in secretarial and project coordination roles within large organizations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling busy schedules and calendars.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
