Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows that optimizes operational efficiency
• Ensure renewal and currency of workflows, and institute training where necessary
• Monitor department indicators to ensure smooth running of department
• Participate/lead the improvement current issues ranging from administrative to clinical areas, backed by analysis of data
• Support department workgroups with evidence-based analysis, AI projects etc.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for collaborations and partnerships
• Support the Ops planning for Mass Casualty in EMD – manpower, workflow processes etc.
• Any other projects as assigned at dept/hospital level

Job Requirements

• Degree in Science/Engineering/Business
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a related role, showcasing strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing projects and overseeing operations.
• Capable of navigating complex settings and adaptive to changing roles and priorities.
• Excellent teamwork along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and meticulous.
