Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide administrative support and assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Reception Duties: Manage reception tasks, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Client Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with new client setups and exit activities to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Secretarial Services: Provide secretarial support, including document preparation and filing.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete various ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team and operations.
Requirement:
  • ITE/Diploma
  • 2 years working experience in reception/Concierge work.
