About the Role: The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions into enterprise organizations, with a focus on the Financial Services Industry.
This key sales role will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing new software subscription and cloud platform usage agreements for a designated account list.
What You’ll Do
- Build trust with engineers, senior IT, and business executives
- Qualify leads using advanced sales methodologies
- Manage daily CRM task list with proactive outreach
- Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline
- Focus on strategic account growth
- Demonstrate product value to prospective customers
Role Requirements
- 3-5 years enterprise IT or software sales experience in APAC
- Background in DevOps, middleware, or open-source software
- Proven ability to sell complex deals to multiple organizational stakeholders
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Adaptable and coachable professional
- Team-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Continuous learner with intellectual curiosity
