About the Role: The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions into enterprise organizations, with a focus on the Financial Services Industry.

This key sales role will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing new software subscription and cloud platform usage agreements for a designated account list.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trust with engineers, senior IT, and business executives
  • Qualify leads using advanced sales methodologies
  • Manage daily CRM task list with proactive outreach
  • Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline
  • Focus on strategic account growth
  • Demonstrate product value to prospective customers

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years enterprise IT or software sales experience in APAC
  • Background in DevOps, middleware, or open-source software
  • Proven ability to sell complex deals to multiple organizational stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Adaptable and coachable professional
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Continuous learner with intellectual curiosity
