Relief for 1 year cover for receptionist duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or higher
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/receptionist
