Job Scope

• Ensuring Quality Control for Raw Materials, In-Process, and Finished Products:
• Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specific quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of the production process to identify potential quality issues early.
• Managing the Daily Operation of the QC Laboratory:
• Plan and manage the daily functions of the QC laboratory to ensure tests and inspections are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate
• Data Analysis for Trend and Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze test data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate areas for improvement in the production or testing processes.
• Use the data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement efforts within the quality system.
• Judging Product Acceptability Based on Specifications:
• Review test results and make decisions on whether the products meet the required specifications.
• Ensure that only products that meet all specifications are approved for release.
• Evaluation, Review, and Disposition of Non-Conforming Products:
• Evaluate non-conforming products (those that dont meet quality standards) and determine the appropriate actions for disposition.
• Work with other departments to implement corrective actions for any quality issues identified.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Science/Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in QC / QA in chemical industry
