Position: Bus Captain

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Bus Captain to join our team. As a Bus Captain, you will be responsible for operating our buses and ensuring a smooth and timely travel experience for our passengers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the buses in a safe and efficient manner

• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus

• Collect fares and maintain accurate records

• Keep the bus clean and presentable at all times

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the bus

• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver

• Good driving record

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or issues with passengers

• Physically fit and able to sit, stand, and drive for long periods of time

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

• High school diploma or equivalent
