Responsibilities:
- Provide IT hardware support and services for desktops and laptops to end users and corporate clients.
- Ensure prompt communication with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and incident resolution status.
- Manage proper handling and transport of hardware parts during service transits.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software-related issues.
- Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS updates as required.
- Manage end-user support comprehensively from initiation to resolution.
- Track, manage, and resolve assigned support cases using a ticketing system.
- Coordinate closely with dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure timely completion and closure of tasks.
- Participate in web-based training sessions for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of O Level education
- Basic understanding of hardware and software concepts.
- Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment.
- People-oriented with a willingness to embrace new opportunities and experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel across the island daily (roaming role); transport expenses will be reimbursed.
