Working Hours: 9 Hours – 1 & 2 Shift 

Working Days: 6 Working Days (Include Ph + Sat + Sun)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gradually introduced to management tasks and responsibilities, overseeing all service aspects.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
  • Serve bread and beverages to customers at the counter.
  • Inform customers about current and upcoming promotions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints.
  • Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Qualification:

  • Min degree in any field.
  • No work experience required, training provided.
  • 1 years of experience in Bakery / Cafe / F&B industry is advantageous.
  • Diligent team player passionate in F&B operation
  • Able to multi task in fast pace environment
  • Strong customer awareness with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions with customers.
