Details of Job responsibilities:

  • Provide car maintenance support to ensure bank car is always fuel and ready for use
  • Arm/disarm office alarm in the mornings and on weekends in necessary for contract cleaners or vendors

·       Attend to errands and hand-dispatch requests by staff

  • Daily collection of incoming mails from post box, newspapers and periodicals for dispatch to respective departments and to prepare circulation slips for SWIFT and other periodicals.
  • Receive, send, circulate, archive and file incoming and outgoing faxes for the office.
  • To send outgoing mails/registered mails to Post Office as and when required.
  • Shredding of unwanted documents in the shredding bin.
  • Replenish copier papers, pantry supplies, mineral water and coffee beans and taking care of the coffee machine and to ensure cleanliness in the pantry.

·       Ensure office stationery such as letterheads, envelopes, copier papers, toners and cartridges are well stocked or request for procurement.

·       Serve as back-up for Receptionist in her absence and work closely with her as a team

·       Complies with all internal policies and procedures as well as the relevant laws and regulations, ethical standards at all times.

 

Salary:  $1700 – $2000

Location: CBD

Working hours: 8am to 1pm – 5 hours daily Mondays to Fridays.
