Job Description:
- Ensure smooth operations from order fulfilment to returns/exchanges
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (eg invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading) to fulfill the shipping requirements.
- Process, pack and ship orders accurately
- Inspecting products for defects and damages
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Assist with customer enquiries including web enquiries and email via online platforms
- Perform any other job duties assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience Sales Administration/ Ordered fulfillment.
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Working days: Monday to Friday
