Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support: Assist the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit reports promptly: Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Manage and process invoice payments: Handle invoices efficiently to maintain financial flow.
- Organize and coordinate meetings: Schedule meetings, send invitations, reserve rooms, and arrange equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for management: Manage travel logistics and appointments for the management team.
- Plan and organize events: Organize internal and external events for various purposes.
- Facilitate communication between departments: Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow across departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks to support the team
Requirements
- Diploma in business management
- 3 years of working experience in administrative and clerical support
- Knowledge in Power BI/ Data Vizualization Tools
