Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Nursing Department.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, trainings, and events.
- Financial Management: Process and handle finance transactions, payments, and claims.
- Office Management: Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and office supply requisition.
- Training and Development: Support training initiatives, coordinate courses, and maintain training records.
- Database Management: Maintain records for training hours, KPIs, policies, and onboarding processes.
- Project and Event Support: Participate in and support various projects and events.
- Clinical Area Support: Provide non-clinical support to clinical areas.
- Manpower Planning: Ensure sufficient staffing through rostering.
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration
- Experience in administrative functions
- Experience in healthcare/nursing will be an added advantage
