Job Description:

  • Assist with event planning and logistics.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all details are covered.
  • Handle catering for office events and meetings.
  • Manage office locker keys and inventory.
  • Help create a positive office atmosphere by supporting various initiatives.
  • Organize and distribute employee gifts.
  • Take and summarize meeting notes.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for business needs.
  • Draft and send professional emails and communications.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven skills in organizing events, including logistics and catering.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience.

Additional information:

  • Office hours from Monday – Friday
  • Changi Business Park
  • 1 Year Contract
  • Up to $3000
