Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the APAC Learning Manager to develop, execute, and budget training plans for the Asia Pacific region.
- Participate in global learning and development initiatives.
- Implement regional learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with partners to support the development of their Murex practice and tailor training plans accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job) for employees and stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, materials, equipment, and administrative support.
- Maintain training records in LMS (SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday) and monitor training activity.
- Manage legal aspects, provide training statistics, and procure training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management)
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Regional Training Support
- Familiar with LMS (SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday)
