APAC Learning Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the APAC Learning Manager to develop, execute, and budget training plans for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Participate in global learning and development initiatives.
  • Implement regional learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with partners to support the development of their Murex practice and tailor training plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate training sessions (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job) for employees and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, materials, equipment, and administrative support.
  • Maintain training records in LMS (SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday) and monitor training activity.
  • Manage legal aspects, provide training statistics, and procure training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management)
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Regional Training Support
  • Familiar with LMS (SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday)
