Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership, to lead or co-lead the project, ensuring efficient management of resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project goals.
- Technical Advisory, serve as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommending best practices across IT domains (Infrastructure/Network, Application, API, etc.), tailored to the clients needs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Stakeholder Management, understand client requirements, adjusting project directions as needed, and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders.
- Vendor/Partner Management, oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to work schedules, and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and align expectations.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and provide effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Offer guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed for success.
- Ensure the project adheres to internal policies, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and accessible project documentation for future reference and compliance.
- Perform other project-related tasks and duties as assigned to meet project objectives and organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL, Scrum, or any other relevant industry certifications.
- Strong communication, comprehension, and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive business outcomes as a team.
- Comfortable with uncertainty, adaptability to change, and willingness to work outside of the comfort zone.
- Exceptional skills in fact-finding, problem-solving, analysis, planning, documentation, and proposal creation.
- Over 10 years of experience in the IT/Digital Transformation (DX) domain.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting or leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Architect or in a similar capacity.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing projects with a minimum cumulative size of 30 man-months. Detail-oriented with the ability to plan, organize, and structure work effectively.
- In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and familiarity with both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Awareness of the latest trends, technologies, and tools in IT and Digital Transformation.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams across regions and cultures.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas for up to 2 weeks per month.
