Responsibilities:
- Combination of Sales and Technical application roles to support the SEA region demands.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasts, and monitoring new market trends, to support future marketing programs and NPI.
- Responsible for presales activities and post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the region.
- Visit customers to perform technical qualification of potential projects and update potential sales opportunities with the global sales team.
- Plan, organize and coordinate training for customers and regional partners.
- Prepare and propose technical slides, demo kits, and other materials as required by market conditions.
- Take responsibility for loan/sample requests and work with the sales team to ensure maximum results.
- Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide weekly updates to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of working in the technical and sales scopes in marine/offshore or oil & gas industries.
- Product knowledge on Safety Relay, Isolators, Barriers, or other Process Safety Applications in the related industries.
- Proven analytical capabilities for competitive assessment, market research, and strategic planning.
- Able to commit to traveling duty to SEA regions to keep the customers’ satisfaction.
