Responsibilities
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display ads) to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for MSc programs in China and India.
- Analyze competitor strategies and leverage insights to refine your approach and gain a competitive advantage.
- Develop compelling ad content (visuals, copy, multimedia) to capture the interest of prospective students.
- Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns and ensure top-notch quality assurance across all elements.
- Leverage data analysis to generate actionable insights and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver on core tasks and meet deadlines.
- Manage the digital advertising budget for optimal resource allocation.
- Track metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve campaign goals and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Enhance website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Craft engaging content like student interviews and subject-specific articles to attract target audiences.
- Develop captivating stories from complex research and profiles for bi-annual newsletters.
- Plan, write, and design various marketing materials (newsletters, brochures, etc.) for online and offline use.
- Plan and execute corporate events of various scales, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, or Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing building multi-channel marketing strategies including, SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital platforms
- Experience in marketing automation
