Role Overview:
Lead the organization’s digital presence and marketing efforts, managing a team of digital marketing professionals. Requires strong technical proficiency, project management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Supervise and coordinate web-related activities, utilizing content management tools such as Interwoven or Hybris. Lead website revamp projects for enhanced user experiences.
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pardot, or HubSpot. Develop strategies for effective online engagement and lead generation. Create and manage dashboards for campaign performance analysis.
• E-commerce Oversight: Drive and enhance e-commerce initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to improve the online purchasing journey.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in HTML and coding languages. Lead adoption of new digital marketing technologies.
• Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies, providing clear direction. Ensure delivery of high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of digital marketing strategies with brand goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in web management.
• Profound proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional project management abilities ensuring timely completion.
• Technical proficiency encompassing a comprehensive understanding of HTML and coding languages.
• Track record of effectively overseeing digital marketing teams, external agencies, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
