Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on increasing engagement and brand visibility.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality content, schedule posts, and foster a community of brand ambassadors.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate campaign effectiveness, recommend improvements, and align strategies with business goals.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media conversations and respond to queries promptly.
  • Internal Communications: Provide communications guidance to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency and oversee editorial guidelines for collaterals.
  • Crisis Communications: Participate in crisis preparedness and respond effectively to emergencies.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Social media management
  • Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage
  • Good writing and communication skills
