Responsibilities:
- Support Private Banker(s) to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients
- Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships
- To assist with documentation, handling of account opening requests, account closures and other account servicing related requests, assist to verify transaction requiring authorization and processing
- To ensure that all client requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements
- Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to clients’ queries
Requirements:
- Degree with 3-5 years’ experience in supporting private bankers or relationship manager
- Passed Client Advisor Competency Standard Paper 1 and Paper 2
- MAS Registered/Appointed Representative
- Preferably with CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certification
- Meticulous and eye to details
- Confident and strong interpersonal skill
- Good organisational skill
