Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Bank, Contract)

6 Months Contract | Private Banking Experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Support RMs in all aspects of client service and administrative support.
  • Work closely with private bankers and clients to ensure operational and compliance tasks are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure proper and timely of the account opening documents and compliance with AML requirements
  • Compiles presentations, supports in drafting proposals, organizing business trips, completing post processing
  • Resolve and respond client issues and requests
  • Process payment orders, execute securities, funds, bonds, MM/FX trades
  • Assist private banking clients with requests such as account maintenance, balance inquiries, transfers and wires
  • Make travel arrangements, schedule appointments and prepare decks for the RM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field with 4- 5 years of experience in client servicing roles in Private Banking environment
  • Has relevant professional certificate CACS Paper 1 and 2. 
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Able to start immediately
