Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations such as GL, reconciliations etc.
• Ensure smooth monthly/quarterly head office & MAS reporting
• Review and enhance accounting internal controls and procedures
• Liaise with external auditors on audit matters
• Prepare tax schedules and liaise with external tax consultants on corporate tax related matters
• Assist in managing the accounting team in accounting deliverance
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5-6 years of accounting experience in Banks / Financial Institutions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Meticulous and good with numbers
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese due to reporting to China Head Office & colleagues
