Position: Booth Assistant (Hostess) x 30pax
Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Booth Assistants (Hostess) to join our team for an upcoming event from 8 to 11 April at Singapore EXPO. As a Booth Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event and providing excellent customer service to our exhibitors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors to the booth
– Provide information about the booth and answer any questions
– Assist with setting up and arranging booth displays
– Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booth
– Engage with visitors and promote the products/services of the exhibitors
– Collect leads and distribute marketing materials
– Assist with crowd control and manage lines at the booth
– Assist with any other tasks as assigned by exhibitor
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Friendly and outgoing personality
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Must be able to stand for long periods of time
– Available to work from 8 to 11 April, from 9am/10am to 6pm
– Must be able to commit to the entire duration of the event
– Bilingual.
