Business Development Executive (Cybersecurity) 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Follow-up on inbound sales inquiries, effectively converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with potential clients for Managers, ensuring proper lead qualification.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to support outbound call campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to engage with potential leads and expand outreach efforts.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to enhance communication with potential clients and better understand their needs. 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or business development role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn for lead generation and management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers in end-user companies.
  • Excellent telephone manner and professional etiquette, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively.
  • Some technical knowledge in IT networking, Network security, or Cybersecurity is a significant plus. 

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity concepts, tools, and industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of network architectures and security protocols.
  • Ability to discuss technical aspects of cybersecurity solutions at a high level with potential clients.
