- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, services, and transactions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Meet performance targets by meeting individual and team KPIs as set by management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentations, reports, and other ad-hoc assign duties.
