  • Resolve customer issues related to accounts, services, and transactions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets by meeting individual and team KPIs as set by management.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentations, reports, and other ad-hoc assign duties.

Requirements

  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma 
  • Call centre Experience will be an added advantage
