Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
  • Reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.
  • Other ad-hoc working

 

Requirement:

  • ITE/Diploma at least 2 years working experience in reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.

Additional information:

  • Secretarial skills, MS Office/computer skills, Business communication skills, Customer service skills, Office management skills
  • Working hour: Monday – Friday
  • AWS Provided
  • Up to up to $2800 (Depending on experience)
  • Located at Raffles Place
