- Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
- Reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.
- Other ad-hoc working
Requirement:
- ITE/Diploma at least 2 years working experience in reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.
Additional information:
- Secretarial skills, MS Office/computer skills, Business communication skills, Customer service skills, Office management skills
- Working hour: Monday – Friday

- Up to up to $2800 (Depending on experience)
