Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

  • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
  • Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers
  • Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
  • Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
  • Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
  • Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store.

 

Requirement:

  • GCE “O” Level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)

 

Additional information:

  • Working days: Monday – Friday (9-6pm)
  • Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by business needs
  • Salary up to $2600
  • Located in City Hall
