Job Description:
- Efficient Order Management: Process high-volume quotations and sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Responsive Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat, providing excellent service.
- Effective Claims Resolution: Manage and resolve claims related to shipping delays, defective products, pricing errors, and more.
- Strong Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve order-related issues and optimize supply chain processes.
- Digital Customer Engagement: Promote and facilitate online ordering through the e-commerce store.
Requirement:
- GCE “O” Level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
Additional information:
- Working days: Monday – Friday (9-6pm)
- Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by business needs
