Responsibilities
- Validate and release customer orders
- Coordinate with planning and finance for delivery confirmation
- Manage order issuance, release, and unblocking
- Support new material setup
- Ensure accurate order management for customer satisfaction and cost reduction
- Handle customer payments and financial processing
- Prepare and review documents for LC submissions
- Liaise with 3PLs for outbound activities (OBD, picking, shipping)
- Confirm picking, lead times, and execute orders as per commitments
- Monitor shipments and investigate delays
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, delivery orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, COAs)
- Monitor 3PL performance and handle non-technical complaints
- Handle system-related complaints and follow up with cross-functional teams
- Execute credit/debit notes and initiate refunds
- Reporting and Analysis for daily operational, performance reports, root cause analysis, special reports and business presentations
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in International business, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Experience in supply chain management/order management
- Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office
