Design Quality Engineer (Data Centre Solution / 10 months in China or Vietnam)

Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield.
  • Identify improvement areas and lead initiatives to optimize production.
  • Lead efforts to address and improve abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement solutions and preventive measures.
  • Strengthen internal quality control and improve process capabilities. Drive initiatives that maximize operational efficiency.
  • Lead corrective actions on customer-reported quality issues and communicate preventive solutions to stakeholders.
  • Streamline quality inspection planning, integrating automation and advanced technologies where possible.
  • Foster communication and coordination with design, production, and other teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage task assignments, performance, and development of the quality team, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards. Certification in Six Sigma or similar is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad in China or Vietnam at least 10 months a year.
