Job Title: Event Executive Sales (Full time)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Event Executive Sales to join our team.

Job Overview:
As an Event Executive Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the events team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and ensure the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
– Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals

– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions

– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

– Work closely with the events team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and provide support throughout the event planning and execution process

– Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients

– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition

– Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

– At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events industry

– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong negotiation and presentation skills

– Strong organizational and time-management skills

– Passion for events and the ability to think creatively

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
