Responsibilities

Work Pass Management: Oversee the entire work pass lifecycle, including application, renewal, and cancellation. Ensure timely updates to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass-related information.

Talent Acquisition: Post and manage job advertisements on internal and external platforms.

Financial Management: Process and reconcile monthly MOM work pass bills, ensuring accurate cost allocation.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People Services Division.
Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
