Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Manage lab supplies, reagents, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Procurement and Billing: Handle equipment, supply, and reagent requisitions, billing, and payment processing.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor and track budgets for CAPEX, OPEX, staff training, and NUH-related funds.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, inventories, requisitions, and approval papers.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- General Office Duties: Handle document collection, delivery, and maintenance.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with meeting planning and logistics.
- Training Support: Support the training representative in maintaining records and informing staff of training activities.
- Facilities Management: Address administrative maintenance issues for the lab.
- Additional Support: Provide administrative assistance to the laboratory and department as needed
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field
- 2-4 years of working experience in procurement functions
- Experience in lab, healthcare environment will be an added advantage
