Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and assist in coordinating project activities.
  • Interface with functional departments, update project plans, and resolve issues affecting project deliverables.
  • Lead the preparation and follow-up of purchase orders with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings, coordinate material delivery schedules, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, assist in document preparation for submissions, and handle other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

  • ITE Nitec with 1 -2 years working experience
  • Requires to walk around not frequently seating in office

Additional Information:

  • Up to $3000
  • Located near Newton
