Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide in-depth analysis of operating expenses, performance, and strategic plans for clinical and operational teams.
- Prepare and review annual budgets and projections.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial performance reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Conduct benchmarking and cost recovery analyses.
- Support new projects to improve financial processes and controls.
- Healthcare Financial Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare financials, cost drivers, and subsidy frameworks.
- Provide guidance on pricing decisions and cost optimization strategies.
- System Implementation and Change Management:
- Contribute to projects involving new systems (billing, costing, subsidy review).
- Manage associated change management tasks.
- Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in finance and accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Costing & Pricing
- Added advantage on data visualization tools
