Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Provide in-depth analysis of operating expenses, performance, and strategic plans for clinical and operational teams.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and projections.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial performance reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Conduct benchmarking and cost recovery analyses.
• Support new projects to improve financial processes and controls.
• Healthcare Financial Expertise:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare financials, cost drivers, and subsidy frameworks.
• Provide guidance on pricing decisions and cost optimization strategies.
• System Implementation and Change Management:
• Contribute to projects involving new systems (billing, costing, subsidy review).
• Manage associated change management tasks.
• Ad-Hoc Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in finance and accounting
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Costing & Pricing
• Added advantage on data visualization tools
