Responsibilities

• Business partnering with clinical departments in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support business decisions.
• Review proposed pricing of new and existing services in relation to costs of these services and market comparison.
• Co-ordinate fee revision proposals with clinical departments and submit the requisite impact analysis reports for consideration.
• Prepare and analyse department financial report on a timely basis.
• Support the hospital’s annual budget exercise in respect to the projection of patient revenue and subvention income.
• Review net present value analysis for new investments for replacement or expansion.
• Liaise on ad-hoc data and analysis requests and clarification.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. CA Singapore is a plus.
• At least 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting field.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI);
• Strong analytical skills a must; with an ability to apply business logic to financial plans.
• Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
