Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
- Manage office inventory (stationery, food, beverages).
- Update company staff directory.
- Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance (meeting rooms, pantry).
- Coordinate courier services and mail.
- Renew necessary permits and licenses.
- Maintain office equipment (lighting, copier, etc.).
- Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts in the ERP system.
- Administer HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, exit, performance, talent management, employee relations, payroll, training, benefits, events).
- Ensure compliance with HR and HSE policies.
- Participate in HR and HSE projects.
- Support IT personnel with server room access and IT matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 1 year experience in receptionist function
- Experience in HR function will be an added advantage
