Front Office Admin (West | 1 year Contract renewable | $3000)

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
  • Manage office inventory (stationery, food, beverages).
  • Update company staff directory.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance (meeting rooms, pantry).
  • Coordinate courier services and mail.
  • Renew necessary permits and licenses.
  • Maintain office equipment (lighting, copier, etc.).
  • Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts in the ERP system.
  • Administer HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, exit, performance, talent management, employee relations, payroll, training, benefits, events).
  • Ensure compliance with HR and HSE policies.
  • Participate in HR and HSE projects.
  • Support IT personnel with server room access and IT matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field 
  • 1 year experience in receptionist function
  • Experience in HR function will be an added advantage
