General HR Executive (Contract | $5000)

Responsibilities

  • Business partnering to line managers by providing HR advice and perspective, with the objective of motivating employee’ morale and achieving a Win-win outcome for the business and employees
  • Conducts end-to-end recruitment process by doing in-house direct sourcing for most roles- provide sound advice to hiring managers on market situation and feedback on candidates
  • Responsible for campus recruitment and employer branding
  • Support the Learning & development Plan for the organisation on a year-on-year basis with follow through on training effectiveness
  • Support employee engagement activities, including organising of HR or employee recreational events or get together sessions
  • Support in employee relation matters to address potential employee’s grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Participate and support global and regional HR projects and/or initiatives at country level

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR management or related qualification
  • Preferably at least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiar with local labour legistation
